- Slip holders enjoy private bathrooms with hot showers and beach access with picnic,grill and swim area
- Off Hours Gated Access (Code Accessible- Slipholders Only) The marina grounds close at DARK
- Please be advised that you are Not Allowed to live on your boat. You are permitted to stay no-longer than 2-weeks at a time
- Per our insurance company we require all our storage customers to carry at least $300,000 in Property Damage Liability Insurance and proof is required to keep on file
